The Table Gets A Makeover
On Monday 8th April the table was expertly re-clothed by Keith Davis (Brother of Steve Davis)
The table was leveled and the bed cloth fitted. The cushions were then taken away to the workshop to be re-rubbered and the pockets correctly shaped.
Upon his return on Wednesday on the bed cloth was re-checked and the cushions re-fitted. All finished of with some bright white pocket nets and a new set of balls.
A huge thank you goes out to Keith Davis for the excellent work he has done.
Its safe to say this is the best the table has ever been and we hope our members not only look after it but more importantly enjoy it.

The Committee hit up the 2018 Masters
After snooping up some tickets mid-December the HSC Committee set upon Alexandra Palace for the 2018 Betfred Masters.
The afternoon session gave us the privilege of watching the reigning champion Ronnie O'Sullivan dominate Marco Fu 6-0.
The Evening session was a bit of a different affair with the eventual finalist, Kyren Wilson beating Barry Hawkins 6-4.
We can strongly recommend making a visit to watch some live snooker if you have the time.
2018 Masters Tickets are already on sale here: http://www.worldsnooker.com/2019-dafabet-masters-tickets-sale-jan-22nd/

Our friends at the Parish Council have awarded Harrold Snooker Club funding to re-decorate and re-carpet the room. We are hoping to bring a fresh appearance while maintaining its 113-year heritage.
These works will be completed in-line with the centre redevelopment and we are hoping to have them completed by the end of August, finished off with a new cloth for the table.
This will all be in-time for the start of the Handicapped Tournament in September.
